It's located 1 mile west of Rosemary Beach, a half mile to the new Camp Creek Golf Course and Alys Beach, two miles to Deer Lake State Park, and an 8-10 minute drive to Seaside and Grayton.
The home sleeps 6-7 and has all the amenities you need to vacation in style, including a 22'x12' private inground pool in a lush garden setting. It's pet-friendly, handicap-friendly, and perfect for seniors with one-level living, central floor plan and step-in shower.
It has all the amenities and comforts of home-- TVs in every room, DVD & VCR players, microwave, BBQ grill, blenders, games, books and more.
Bike along the 18-mile trail just outside the house and explore the seaside villages, pristine state parks and dune lakes along the way.
Activities in the area include golf, fishing, kayaking, shopping, biking, and long walks along the beach at sunset. Fine restaurants, seafood shacks, antiques, boutiques,and more are a short walk, bike or drive away. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the South Walton beaches, or if you're in the mood for more activity, you can be in Panama City Beach in 15 minutes, or Destin in 25 minutes.
Our home is located on a quiet residential stretch of beach with 10-30' bluffs.
This is one of the few beaches in the country where you can watch the sun rise *and* set over the water. Seacrest is one of the 13 "Blue Wave Beaches" in South Walton County, awarded for exceptionally clean, clear water and soft white sand.
