Second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The third floor consists of the den, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with Jenn Air appliances, full size hall bathroom and another Master Bedroom and bathroom. BackSplash is only 6 years old, has been professionally decorated and has many upgrades.
You will love the mini kitchen located on the first floor conveniently close to the swimming pool, the many outdoor dining areas, the great location, as well as the high ceilings and crown molding that are all a part of BackSplash's charm. Televisions in every bedroom, stereo system, gas grill, high end appliances, and a short walk to the Gulf are just some of the amenities of this beach house.
Located in a small, private subdivision in Blue Mountain Beach, it is only minutes from Destin. In the bedroom on the first floor, is a bunk bed with a twin on top and full size bed on the bottom. There is also a Queen size sleeper sofa too.
On the second floor, two bedrooms have Queen Size beds and the other has a King. On the third floor, there is a King size bed in this bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the den area.
