3rd Floor: There is a rooftop observatory that has fantastic views of Rosemary Beach as well as the gulf of Mexico.
House has a very large courtyard that contains a pool with waterfall, hot tub, huge bar with sink, built-in gas grill, refrigerator and outside shower.
The boardwalk is directly outside the gate for a short stroll to the beach. Property is pet friendly and within walking distance to shopping, dining, rentals or anything alse your heart might desire.
